Was hoping this would be set up according to BFL reps & intensity levels per set, or even the suggested workout schedule... but it isnt - so there is a lot of manual set up. Each workout starts as a blank slate - despite the suggestions available on the BFL program. Also, the 12 week tracker isnt accurate - it has 2 upper, 1 lower and 2 cardio every week instead of alternating upper and lower each week. Can be fixed, but again, it is a lot of manual work for an app I had to pay for.
Also, it keeps shutting down on me so I have to continually restart. Hopefully that bug is fixed soon.
No food tracking per the program either, so thats a bit disappointing too. Sad that I havent found any other BFL options so guess Im stuck doing the manual work.
