Pros:
-This works well for keeping track where youre at on your work out schedule but that’s about it.
Cons:
-The feature to keep track of your reps and weight is worthless since you have to go in and out of each days schedule to see how you did the days prior. Would be nice if it would show you the previous time you did this work out so that you know what you should be striving to beat the next time.
-The days of the weeks cannot be changed, so unless you are starting on Monday, the days will always be off.
-The description of each days work out is very basic.
-Hard to read the small print, only if they broke this program in to multiple pages. This would allow the user to be able to see everything without squinting.
-Very basic descriptions, cannot change type of Cardio, just "Steady State" or "High Intensity"
What it comes down to is there are just not enough user customizable fields. This program could be much better. If all of these issues were corrected then I would have given it 5 stars.
