Why are the workouts not 1st week upper cardio lower and 2nd week lower cardio upper etc?
Would be nice is the timer worked for cardio Also would be nice to see a meal tracker for carbs protein and fat as well as a tracker for body measurements and goal. This could be one hell of an app with some work. Pls let me know when this happens. I paid for this app so would be good if it was fully functional. Also. Before and after it chart. Nice to see progress. I have an iPhone 5.
