Good app but...

I wish it the developers would add the ability to put the date on the "Days" page. It would help so much more.

Not flexible enough

The interface is too rigid. I would like to do cardio and a resistance program on the same day. I couldnt see a way to track that.

Frustrating!!!

I am doing the BFL program and this app would be awesome except for the fact that it keeps shutting off on me! I cant use it without it shutting down! Horrible!

Why?

Why are the workouts not 1st week upper cardio lower and 2nd week lower cardio upper etc? Would be nice is the timer worked for cardio Also would be nice to see a meal tracker for carbs protein and fat as well as a tracker for body measurements and goal. This could be one hell of an app with some work. Pls let me know when this happens. I paid for this app so would be good if it was fully functional. Also. Before and after it chart. Nice to see progress. I have an iPhone 5.

Useless

I deleted the thing minutes after I bought it. The thing that u need is a timer and it doesnt appear to have one. Just being able to check off days isnt that helpful. The reset button causes the whole thing to lock up. Dont buy it and really dont buy it if you know the body for life stuff.

Not as good as Id hoped for

Was hoping this would be set up according to BFL reps & intensity levels per set, or even the suggested workout schedule... but it isnt - so there is a lot of manual set up. Each workout starts as a blank slate - despite the suggestions available on the BFL program. Also, the 12 week tracker isnt accurate - it has 2 upper, 1 lower and 2 cardio every week instead of alternating upper and lower each week. Can be fixed, but again, it is a lot of manual work for an app I had to pay for. Also, it keeps shutting down on me so I have to continually restart. Hopefully that bug is fixed soon. No food tracking per the program either, so thats a bit disappointing too. Sad that I havent found any other BFL options so guess Im stuck doing the manual work.

Fraud!

Not only is this app useless and completely behind technology. They charged me $30 for a free app. Not cool

At first I couldnt get it to work now I figured it out ...great app to keep up with the rhythm of your workouts ...I did body for life 15 years ago this is a great accessory if you have read the book!

You call this better than "lite"?

UI is very bad. Add the option to change the words that appear on the calendar. Provide the option to keep old calendars. Until you get some of these, then i will give you a better rating.

Going into my second time using 12 Weeks and I love it. Every update gets better and better. Looking forward to more updates.

Initially good, then just FRUSTRATING

I go to the gym and spend a lot of time trying to improve my strength. Recording the weights I use are crucial for my success yet this app simply erases all of my input info! I have a terrible memory when it comes to my weights and I thought this would solve that problem. Furthermore, if Im writing a note, for example, "increase weight by 10 pounds next time" I have no way of getting out of the note area. If I hit "return" the app simply moves the cursor to the next line. Theres no save. Other times, I will hit return by accident and it will EXIT me from the application, thereby erasing whatever I was working on. Please fix this. I paid for it, thus it would be nice to get something that actually WORKS.

I had to enter a note 5 times before it would save it other than that good app

I love how easy to use this app is, and its motivating to see the red Xs on the calendar. Thanks for making an app that goes great with Body for Life!

Pretty Cool

Better than I expected. This is a simple app, not overly fancy but does the job. I do hope the people at Stylographix make an iPad version with more extras.

Great app!!!

I just got it. Unlike one of the other reviewers, I like the fact that it gives you flexibility over the BFL style. It is a great app. The only thing I had issue with is you have to go to a website to understand how the app works. That isnt a deal breaker. Keep up the good work.

Good but could be better

Pros: -This works well for keeping track where youre at on your work out schedule but that’s about it. Cons: -The feature to keep track of your reps and weight is worthless since you have to go in and out of each days schedule to see how you did the days prior. Would be nice if it would show you the previous time you did this work out so that you know what you should be striving to beat the next time. -The days of the weeks cannot be changed, so unless you are starting on Monday, the days will always be off. -The description of each days work out is very basic. -Hard to read the small print, only if they broke this program in to multiple pages. This would allow the user to be able to see everything without squinting. -Very basic descriptions, cannot change type of Cardio, just "Steady State" or "High Intensity" What it comes down to is there are just not enough user customizable fields. This program could be much better. If all of these issues were corrected then I would have given it 5 stars.

Good app but updates needed

Hi i really like that i can follow schedule. But lets say i can write notes, n many reps i did. That will help tremedous. N usually one day i do more than cardio i do extreme full workout mixed with cardio n upper body lower body. Help with that, overall great concept to the developers plzzz update think from satisfied customer. This my first review very important since i m on resolution for fitness body....,
